I know I'm late but this is a rundown of what i thought of the men's fall/winter 09/10 fashion week in Milan, Where everyone from Gucci to Burberry Porsume Showed. I have to say that i was totally suprised by many of the designers Fall/Winter 09/10 shows. They were all amazing. So of my favorites where Versace, Neil Barrett, Jill Sander, Bottega Veneta, D&G, Dsquared, Gucci, Etro and more.
Outwear played a big part in this years years trends. Designers were doing interesting things with leather and fur. Neil Barrett designed a cable knit leather jacket and sweater which ii believe to one of the greatest peices throughout fashion week. Button-down shirts with collars a different color or pattern and sometimes both were also a big trend you can see this being done in collections by Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, and Marni just name a few. Another hot trend spotted was the one button double brested suit which Gucci did to profection. Oversized Scarfs made there way onto thr mens run ways this year also, Designers such as Etro and Ferre made huge statements with the knit accessories. All in all the first mens fashion week of the year was a hit if i may say so my self.
